Terms & Conditions

• No purchase is necessary to join the Sliders Grill & Bar - Southington Loyalty Rewards program. You may only have one active account and you MUST have a valid email address to join.
• You will be awarded points based on your loyalty level. Present your 3 or 4 digit code from your mobile app to receive rewards points prior to ordering. Reward Points are easily earned by purchasing food and beverages at any of our locations. You can dine-in or take-out. Reward Points will not be issued on tax & gratuity or any order placed through a third party delivery service.
• A maximum of 500 points per day can be earned on catered events or banquet functions.
• The loyalty member must be the one responsible for paying the check to earn points.
• Points can NOT be earned on gift card purchases however, if the recipient of a gift card is a loyalty member, the points will be issued upon the gift card redemption.
• Your points are issued in real-time and can be viewed on our Sliders Grill & Bar - Southington app.
• Every time your Reward Points reach 125 points, they are automatically converted to 5 Rewards Dollars. It's that simple!
• Reward Dollars expire after 90 days for ALLSTAR & PRO Reward Members. Please make sure you redeem them prior to their expiring. MVP & HOF Reward Members have earned rollover spending and their Reward Dollars never expire.
• Reward Points never expire.
• Birthday Rewards are added on the closest Friday on or before your birthday and are good for 3 weeks (21 days) for ALLSTAR & PRO Reward Members. Birthday rewards never expire for MVP & HOF Reward Members.
• Sliders Grill & Bar - Southington reserves the right to terminate this program, modify THE FINE PRINT, benefits and levels at any time without prior notice.
• Sliders Grill & Bar - Southington reserves the right to discontinue membership privileges and/or void all, or a portion of a member's point and/or rewards balance if the points and/or rewards have been issued through computer error, fraud or any other manner not authorized in THE FINE PRINT.
• We will never share or sell our email list.
• Employees of Sliders Grill & Bar - Southington are not eligible to participate in this program.
• Loyalty Cardholders are limited to 2 point accruals per day or 500 points per day.
